A Leader that Inspires

A former United States President, John Quincy Adams once said “if your action inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, then you are a leader.” It therefore means that the ability to inspire another person apart from yourself is a great requirement of a leader

No matter your organisation or group where you function small or big, you are made to inspire with the little efforts you put in performing efficiently. Just think about the day you decided to start that business or hold that program or teach in that community, you are leading no matter what. One of the major roles of a leader is to envision the future, identify the needed change and enable/empower others to act and bring about the needed change

.In A-FEEDi for instance, we are inspired by scholars such as Adam Smith, Ayn Rand, Ludwig von Mises, Friedrich August von Hayek, Warren Brookes, John Locke, and Thomas Hobbes because of their consistent belief in the true secret of societal advancement which are liberty, consent of the governed and equality before the law.We want Nigeria to be peaceful and prosperous.

To achieve this we promote the need for rule of law, property right, free trade, freedom of speech, limited government, individual rights, freedom of speech, freedom of the press and freedom of religion. In conclusion, growth and development is the highest responsibility of a #leader, so grow where you have to, do all you can to develop your business, career, organisation and the society you find yourself because you also can #inspire
